One of the recommendations from our most recent Events survey was that each event have a host, who would recommend a date, time and airports for a vUAL event to the VP-Events. If approved, the VP-Events would put it on the Events Calendar and the host would take it from there. There is a four-level event hosting award, for hosting five, 10, 15 and 20 events.
